Prudential Beneficial Insurance marked Global Money Week 2025 with a dynamic initiative aimed at equipping young students with essential financial literacy skills.
Under the theme “Think Before You Follow, Wise Money Tomorrow”, the company hosted an immersive event on March 21, 2025, welcoming 50 pupils from Sunrise Bilingual Nursery and Primary School and EEC Petit Saker Deido to its Fouda Yaoundé office.
The event featured a blend of educational activities designed to introduce children to the fundamentals of financial management. Highlights included an exclusive office tour, where students explored the inner workings of an insurance company, and engaging talks led by industry experts. Maeva FOMBE, Founder and Financial Controller, and Micheline SAME, Life and Business Coach, shared insights on the value of money, saving strategies, and responsible financial planning. Interactive workshops further reinforced these lessons, empowering attendees to make informed decisions about their finances.
